  • 1 oz Brandy
  • 1 oz Orange Curacao
  • 1 oz Creme de Cacao
  • 2 dashes Bitters
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
  • Orange Peel
  • Lemon Peel

A simplified version of a dessert coffee served in grand style at the finest restaurants in New Orleans.
Simmer orange curaçao, brandy, cinnamon stick, orange, and lemon peel in saucepan over medium-high heat. Using a match or lighter, carefully ignite and cook, swirling pan until flames die out. While letting cool grab a brûlot, demitasse cup or collins glass and add purified ice cubes. Pour cold brew coffee and cold shaken saucepan mixture into glass while stirring and add creme de cacao. Add lemon and orange peel for garnish.
